E Pili Ana iā Unisync Ka ʻAuamo Hoʻokele Microscope

He ʻauamo hoʻokele ʻo Unisync i hoʻolālā ʻia no nā microscope i loko o nā ʻōnaehana nānā i ke ʻano o nā pūnaewele kino e pili ana i ka naʻauao hana ʻia. Hiki i ka lima hoʻokahi ke hoʻoneʻe i ke kahua microscope ma nā axis ʻekolu me kēia ʻauamo, a hoʻokuʻu ʻia kekahi lima e hoʻohana i ke kamepiula. Pili pololei ʻo Unisync i ka microscope ma kahi o ka hana ma o ka polokalamu, a mālama ʻia ka lohi haʻahaʻa a me ka hoʻokele pololei. Piʻi ka wikiwiki o ka joystick i ka neʻe ʻana i kahi mamao aku mai ke kikowaena. Kūpono ke ʻano symmetrical i nā mea hoʻohana lima hema a me ka lima ʻākau. Hana ʻia ke kino me ka ABS i hoʻoheheʻe ʻia me ka waihoʻoluʻu kālā hinahina.

Ka Hoʻomaikai

E Pili Ana i ka A' Design Award Kala

Ua lanakila ka hoʻolālā Unisync Ka ʻAuamo Hoʻokele Microscope i ka A' Design Award Kala, he ʻike hoʻohanohano nui loa i hāʻawi ʻia i nā hoʻolālā kiʻekiʻe loa, nani a kupaianaha. He mau hana ʻālohilohi loa a hana noʻeau nui nā lanakila Kala e hōʻike ana i ka loea, ka makakoho a me ka ʻoi aku o ka noʻonoʻo o kā lākou poʻe hoʻolālā. Manaʻo ʻia ʻo ka hoʻolālā Unisync Ka ʻAuamo Hoʻokele Microscope he hana kupaianaha, kūlana ʻoi aku, ʻoihana kiʻekiʻe a hou loa. ʻO kēia hoʻolālā i lanakila i ka A' Design Award Kala he mea hoʻokumu kūpono loa, mahalo ʻia e hāʻawi i ka pōmaikaʻi a hoʻoneʻe i nā palena o ka hana noʻeau, ka ʻepekema, ka hoʻolālā a me ka ʻenehana. He mea i ʻeleu ʻia e nā mea he nui ka hoʻolālā Unisync Ka ʻAuamo Hoʻokele Microscope e hoʻāla i ka makemake, lawe mai i nā manaʻo maikaʻi a hoʻāla i ka kamahaʻo a me ka mahalo.

This handle is designed for AI cell morphology inspection system, aiming to enhance medical staff efficiency and reduce fatigue in a more accurate, reliable, and user-friendly way. Low latency and precise control are ensured by connecting directly to the microscope rather than using software. The design combines a single-handed grip with intuitive, fluid interaction, meeting the need to operate the computer simultaneously and reducing healthcare worker fatigue.

The core challenge of the project is how to integrate tri-axis control within limited space, ensuring independent and non-interfering operation of XY and Z axes. In addition, the ergonomic design is also a challenge with the need for microscope precision and stability. The design of the handle also needs to harmonize the comfort and aesthetics of the medical device to create an innovative product that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Noiʻi
Cell morphology testing is crucial in disease diagnosis. Through communication with pathologists and technicians, we found the traditional microscope operation cumbersome and inefficient, limiting AI system performance. Additionally, intelligent microscopes with software introduce latency and store unscreened data, wasting resources. This project effectively integrates pathologists' real needs into the microscope control handle design, improving operational efficiency.
Hoʻoulu Manaʻo
Traditional microscopes present cumbersome operation in cellular morphology examination, hindering AI system efficiency. To optimize workflow and reduce operator fatigue, this control handle integrates tri-axis movement into a single-handed design. Furthermore, direct connection to the microscope ensures low latency and precise human-machine collaboration. Speed control is achieved through intuitive joystick offset, providing a more user-friendly and simplified interaction.
Ka Lōʻihi o ka Papahana
The project started in July 2024 in Beijing and finished in January 2025 in Beijing.
Kaʻina Hana
The control handle can be directly connected to the microscope within the AI Inspection System, with an indicator light showing the data transfer status between the microscope and the computer. The symmetrical design does not limit the user's dominant hand. While holding the handle, the thumb and index finger naturally rest on the joystick, enabling easy operation of the microscope stage's tri-axis movement. The speed increases as the joystick is offset further.
