שוג'ואו אינטרנשיונל הוא מרכז אקדמי בשטח פנים של 78,000 מטרים רבועים. העיצוב שואב השראה מהתרבות ההאנית, מהתעלה הגדולה בייג'ינג-האנגג'ואו ומדרך המשי הימית, ומיישם אלמנטים נופיים מקומיים, אלמנטים של כלי שיט ואלמנטים מהתרבות ההאנית בצורה מודרנית. חדרי האירוח משתמשים בגוונים טבעיים ובחומרים חמים. חדר האוכל הפעיל לאורך כל שעות היום הוא מרחב גמיש המשלב גוני עץ חמים עם אבן טבעית. מרכז האירועים מבוסס על התכנסות, תקשורת ושיתוף, וקירותיו הבלתי סדירים מאפשרים פריסות גמישות. הפרויקט הושלם בדצמבר 2019.
