מסעדת ביי ארסה היא מסעדת פירות ים הממוקמת במבנה מסוף האוניות בנמל קנזאווה. אזור הישיבה פונה אל הים דרך קיר זכוכית מלא, והנוף נחשף בהדרגה ככל שהמבקרים מתקדמים מן הכניסה פנימה. נפח הישיבה יוצר צורה מעוגלת גדולה המזכירה ספינה, בנויה מחתיכות עדינות של עץ נוטו היבה ממחוז אישיקאווה. רצפה מדורגת מאפשרת לראות את הים מכל מושב, ושיפוע מתון מאפשר גישה למשתמשי כיסאות גלגלים. תקרת העץ מעוקלת ביד לצורת גל ומוארת בלילה.
