וואן הנגצ'ין-מקאוביי הוא מרכז מכירות הממוקם בקומה ה-43 של בניין הואפא הנגצ'ין הבינלאומי למימון בג'וחאי, מגדל בגובה 339 מטרים. שטח הפנים משתרע על פני 1,000 מטרים רבועים. העיצוב שואב השראה מהמושגים של עננים וגאות עולה, וממסגר את הנופים של הים והשמיים הנשקפים מהחלונות. קווים מתכתיים מעצבים את הקירות, בעוד רצפת פרקט משיש בטוהר גבוה מכסה את הרצפה. הפריסה תומכת בשלושה מצבי שימוש: תקשורת, מנוחה ועבודה. אור וצל טבעיים מוחדרים פנימה ויוצרים חוויה חווייתית ומקיפה.

- The space superimposes highly complex multi-format scenes. The metal lines in the shape of the wall are relatively complex, and high-purity marble parquets are used to pave the ground to form a fashionable space with both luxurious taste and strong modern flavor.

Through the internalized understanding of each state, it focuses on the inner expression.
