האתר המתוכנן ממוקם בחלקו האחורי של אזור מגורים שקט וסביבו בנויים בתים בצפיפות. סביב האתר הותקנה גדר גבוהה, חלונות חיצוניים צומצמו למינימום, וכל אזור חולק לשכבות בגבהים שונים שבמרכזן באר אור מרכזית. בתוך הבית הזה, בו הפרטיות מוגנת, תחושת ריחוק מתונה בחלל מחברת ויזואלית בין הדיירים, ויוצרת חלל פנימי המתפרש באלכסון. לגבי העיצוב, יש לו מבנה פשוט, ולמרות שהוא סגור הוא יוצר חלל פתוח לדיירים.
