Engineering the juju holes to allow for easy charm attachment while maintaining the structural integrity of the collar required multiple iterations. Another challenge was designing an adjustable leash handle that adapts to different carrying styles while remaining sleek and intuitive.

Competitor analysis and user feedback revealed existing products were too basic or purely functional, lacking personal expression.
