האדריכלות היא לבטא קשר לטבע בו הבית הוא חלק מהסביבה הטבעית - לשחזר חוף שפת ים עם התערבויות דיסקרטיות ופגז עץ פשוט היושב בזהירות על הנוף שמשמש כמקלט. צללים מוארים מהעצים הקיימים נכנסים לחלל. נראה כי שטח הדשא מרחיב את פנים הבית. מטרת פרויקט זה הייתה ליצור אדריכלות אורגנית על ידי ביטוי של אופי האתר, ניסוח החלל והחומר, עיצוב האור והאיכות המנוגדת של החלל הפרטי והפתוח.

- תכונות ייחודיות
- A Summerhouse with garage, a boathouse and a Sauna perfectly integrated in to the lake shore. Natural aging materials support the concept 'Gesamtkunstwerk', where the Architecture, Garden and Interior spaces are in perfect harmony. The building is composed of a concrete body and a crafted wooden shell with a light axis running through it ending in a pier at the lake. The site was re naturalized with grasses. Wooden walkways lead to a boathouse and a generous Terrace overlooking the lake.

- Lake site dimension- 6.000 sqm, 50m shore an 2000 sqm wet meadow had been renaturated by cutting off the drainage system.

- We tried to reinterprete the athmosphere of the surrounding wetland area which is famous for its original beauty. It means only grasses, lillys and Filipendula ulmaria as mass plantation

- The dream of the owners was to build a house onto the narrow lake site which has a close connection to nature combined with a Japanese atmosphere. The Japanese culture reflects a feeling of sophistication, perfection in detailing, open flowing spaces and the accommodation of changing seasons. The aim of the architect was to design a Gesamtkunstwerk where the Architecture is to express a strong relationship to nature in which the house is part of the natural environment.
