Beile Hotpot je projekt dizajna interijera za restoran s bakrenim loncima na žaru za pripremu hotpota u Fuzhouu, Fujian, Kina. Prostor obuhvaća 260 četvornih metara i slijedi arhitektonski stil kineske dinastije Qing. Tlocrt je organiziran u simetričnim kvadratnim uzorcima, a strop podsjeća na strukturu spojeva na utor i klin drevnog krovnog sljemena. Prilagođene svjetiljke oblikovane su poput tradicionalnih strehâ. Prozirna meka membrana s ručno oslikanim krajolikom osvjetljava stražnji zajednički prostor. Boje cinabarita, plave, crvenog zlata i drveta određuju kolorističku shemu.
