Binhai Second Sub je centar za optometriju u Tianjinu. Unutrašnjost obuhvaća 373 četvorna metra i objedinjuje medicinske, maloprodajne i umjetničke elemente. Pročelje ima jednostavan oblik s dinamičnim promjenama boja. Jasni lukovi integrirani su s unutarnjim rasporedom kako bi oblikovali prostor.
