O dizajnu Inogi R1 Koncentrator kisika

Inogi R1 je minijaturizirani koncentrator kisika za medicinsku upotrebu. Uređaj isporučuje pulsni protok do 6 litara u minuti. Inogi R1 odvaja kisik iz zraka pomoću molekularnog sita, tako da nisu potrebni nikakvi aditivi, te postiže koncentraciju kisika iznad 90 posto. Interno razvijeni sustav upravljanja održava stabilan rad na nadmorskim visinama do 6000 metara i pri temperaturama do minus 30 stupnjeva Celzija. S baterijom, uređaj ima dimenzije 17,7 x 7,7 x 19,4 centimetra i teži 1,8 kilograma. Molekularno sito i baterija mogu se zamijeniti u jednom koraku.

Jedinstvena svojstva: INOGI-R1 is the first medical grade miniaturized oxygen concentrator with a pulse flow rate of up to 6 L/min. By integrating all functions of those 20kg concentrators from other brands in a compact size, INOGI-R1 is wildly used clinically. The in-house developed “Micro Pressure Control Analysis Technique” adapts to high pressure and low temperature conditions, which supports stable use even at high altitudes (6000m) or in low temperatures (-30°C). This product has been favored among consumers due to impressive performance and affordability.

Proizvodna tehnologija: Backed by the in-house developed control system and an aerospace material compressor, this instrument only uses air instead of any additive to separate oxygen and nitrogen in the air, and filters out all kinds of impurities through the molecular sieve. It allows an unlimited access to oxygen at a concentration above 90% only depending upon power consumption. It comes with an efficient ARM processor that supports precise detection and fast signal processing. The in-house developed intelligent MAAS system simplifies the operation process and enables physical abnormality early warning and health advice, including breathing sensitivity control, breathing rate in-depth monitoring, and big data health management system.
Dizajnerski izazov: The release of INOGI-R1 provides a good solution for the common technical problems of China’s medical oxygen machine products, including poor stability over a long time, inefficient working of molecular sieve, high power consumption and short service life of compressor, enhances the independent innovation capacity of China’s medical oxygen generators. At present, this product has been granted 47 patents and property rights, which fills the void of subminiaturized high-altitude ultra-low temperature medical grade portable oxygen supply in China, breaking the monopoly of overseas products.
Istraživanje: According to a survey, there are about 100 million patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) in China, with the rate of missed diagnosis up to 70%, and most patients are often unaware of their discomfort. In this context, efforts should be made to raise the awareness of COPD and turn the scale of poor treatment. Backed by robust features, INOGI-R1 is believed to relieve the discomfort and pain caused by cardiopulmonary dysfunction.
Inspiracija: The oxygen flow rate of commercially available products is up to 5L/min, which is only suitable for patients with mild illnesses and far from attaining the desired medical effect. These deficiencies motivate us to tailor a miniaturized oxygen concentrator with a pulse flow rate of up to 6L/min for lung disease patients with inaccessible oxygen supply.
Trajanje projekta: The project commenced in Nanjing, Jiangsu in September 2018, R&D of the complete unit was done and the revolutionary product INOGI-R1 was released in April 2021, exhibited at the IF and Red Dot in April and September 2022 respectively, and also exhibited at the IDPA Exhibition in Tokyo in November 2022.
Tijek rada: In addition to the medical field, the use of INOGI-R1 can be further extended to health care, high altitude exercises, highland travel, protection in exercise, emergency rescue, ect., and it is mainly intended for the elderly, children, pregnant women, sub-healthy white-collar workers and students. In addition, INOGI-R1 works properly at the highest altitude of 6,000m and the lowest temperature of -30℃, which immensely broadens the range of applications and scenarios. In the course of everyday use, 100W super charger is enough to keep the unit working for long hours without battery, reducing the environmental impact of battery. This instrument is continuously powered with working hours up to 6 hours after 2-hour fast charge, which can be used even in long hours of traveling. The molecular sieve and the battery can be installed and replaced with one-click operation.
