O dizajnu Oat Wreath Konjički Paviljon

Konjički paviljon dio je novootvorenog konjičkog centra. Objekt je smješten na kulturnoj baštini i zaštićen kulturnim prostorom povijesne cjeline izložbe. Glavni arhitektonski koncept je isključenje masivnih kapitalnih zidova u korist prozirnih drvenih elemenata čipke. Glavni motiv fasadnog ornamenta je stilizirani ritmički uzorak u obliku pšeničnih ušiju ili zobi. Tanki metalni stupovi gotovo neprimjetno podupiru svjetlosne zrake zalijepljenog drvenog krova, koji se podizao, s završetkom u obliku stilizirane siluete konjske glave.

Oat Wreath Konjički Paviljon je pobjednik Srebrne nagrade A' Design Award, izuzetno prestižnog priznanja koje se dodjeljuje vrhunskim, veličanstvenim i dojmljivim dizajnima. Srebrni pobjednici iznimno su briljantna i vrlo kreativna djela koja ilustriraju izuzetnu stručnost, talent i oštroumnost svojih dizajnera. Očekuje se da Oat Wreath Konjički Paviljon bude divno, reprezentativno djelo koje je izuzetno profesionalno i duboko inovativno. Ovaj dizajn koji je osvojio Srebrnu nagradu A' Design Award vrlo je zapažen, nadaleko cijenjen izum koji koristi i pomiče granice umjetnosti, znanosti, dizajna i tehnologije. Jedinstvena svojstva: In the building frame eliminated the massive walls. Columns almost imperceptibly support light beams of glued wood and roof of minimum thickness. Riding hall volume hides a parade ground with a size of 20 x 60 meters. Wooden structure protects and allows to held training & competition throughout the year. Ground floor has spacious entrance with all necessary auxiliary, technical rooms and passages to tribunes. Entrance group is marked with an openwork visor serving as balcony of tribunes.
Dimenzije i pakiranje: Total area of the Manage is 1585 sq.m. Total area of two levels tribunes is 1500 sq.m. Number of seats - 1000 people.

Proizvodna tehnologija: The building of the pavilion is a large-span structure covered with glued wooden beams. The end of the beam is an individual architectural element - a stylized silhouette of the horse's head. Facades - horizontal wooden boards, located in two transverse directions complex rhythmic pattern, reminiscent of wheat ears or oat. The surfaces of all structural and facing elements remain natural color, exposing the texture of wood.
Dizajnerski izazov: Conditions of construction on the territory of the object of cultural heritage excludes the possibility of construction of capital buildings and structures. This determined the overall architectural-spatial and constructive solution of the equestrian pavilion. The choice made in favor of creating a spatial structure from the environmental and renewable materials.
Istraživanje: Historically: significant urban area of the city. The first buildings appeared on this site in 1937-39 as part of a large urban complex of the All-Union Agricultural Exhibition. They built of short-lived materials and by 1954 replaced by capital buildings - pavilions for various functional purposes. The existing stables, which are subject to reconstruction and restoration, for the full functioning require the creation of a new spectacular pavilion-arena.
Inspiracija: Main goal - organically inscribe a large-sized large-span structure in historical ensemble of pavilions built in 1954. Transparent wooden lace of outer walls designed for the dematerialization of the volume to dissolve it against the background of existing landscape. Main facades ornament motif resembles the thick of intertwined wood branches and ears stylized in the spirit of socialist realism, referring to genius loci of VDNKH (exhibition of national economy achievements) - object of cultural heritage and protect cultural zone.

Tijek rada: Pavilion as part of the newly established equestrian center of VDNKH (exhibition of national economy achievements) primarily intended to serve the development and promotion of equestrian sports and horse breeding, designed for training and competitions, as well as for various thematic programs, demonstrations and shows.
