A Shenzhen Imperial Park Duplex penthouse belsőépítészet bemutatása

Könyv szövege: A Shenzhen Imperial Park egy duplex penthouse belső tere, amely a kínai Shenzhen-öbölben található. A rezidencia 1100 négyzetméteren terül el, tengeri kilátást és zárt, elrejtett környezetet kínál. A lágy szürkésfehér tónus sötét és világos faszíneket kombinál, melyeket fekete fém keretez. A természetes fény, az anyagok közötti fokozatos átmenetek és a kifinomult illesztési részletek nyugodt és visszafogott hangulatot teremtenek. A nappali magas mennyezettel rendelkezik, a privát erkély pedig több mint 20 méter hosszan nyúlik el. A padlótól plafonig érő ablakok a belső teret a dombok és a tenger felé nyitják meg.

Design kihívás: The high ceiling in the living room brings in magnificence, and the long private balcony over 20 meters incorporates hill,sea,sunshine and the warmth of home. Full-length window extends infinitely,and the clean lines,simple finish and natural material highlight the whole space.Between openness and privacy,all flows are delicately arranged.

Based on a new understanding of luxury, the design expresses thinking on returning to life in a perspective of contemporary aesthetics. It focuses on comfortable living environment,emphasizes on spiritual enlightenment,and displays natural and innocent humanities at the core through elegance and spectacle.

Projekt időtartama: The project started in December 2017 in Shenzhen, China and finished in November 2018.
Működési folyamat: There is no excessiveness inside the space. Instead,simple but multi-layer materials are used to create quiet and introvert ambience. In a certain dimension, the ’inaction’ advocated by Chinese Daoism shares the same meaning with ‘Less Is More’ by western modernism architecture. It looks like being set up carelessly, but naturally. It is wise and free, coordinated and eternal.
