A Laguna 182 Lakóépület bemutatása

A Laguna 182 egy lakóépület a brazíliai Santa Catarina állam Itajaí városában. A torony huszonkilenc emeletet és negyvenegy lakást foglal magában, tizennégy különböző alaprajzi elrendezésben, emeletenként két lakással. A homlokzatot ívelt, kanyargós vonalak formálják. A konzolos betonteraszok minden szinten más pozíciót foglalnak el, így minden lakás saját kerttel rendelkezik. Az épületet természetes növényzet futja be. A felhasznált anyagok között szerepel a beton, üveg, kerámia, horganyzott acél, alumínium kompozit anyag és tanúsított faanyag. A tervezés célja a környezeti hatás csökkentése és a közösségi érzés támogatása.

Egyedi tulajdonságok: Through an outline of curved and sinuous lines, with an unique terraces that switch in different positions on each floor, providing that each apartment has its own private gardens. This movement flows vertically throughout the building, surrounded by natural vegetation that integrate and becoming a prominent element in architecture, in the quality of life, in the same way that the building impacts the relationship of users with the sustainability, community, architecture and urban spaces.
