Az One Verdi Park egy vegyes funkciójú fejlesztés Bukarestben, Romániában. A két torony lakásokat, irodákat és kereskedelmi tereket foglal magában, összesen 42470 négyzetméteres beépített területtel. A szerkezet vasbeton oszlopokból és gerendákból áll. A homlokzat szellőztetett rendszert alkalmaz fehér szálcement borítással, a nagy teljesítményű üvegezés pedig javítja az akusztikai és hőszigetelési tulajdonságokat. Egy tetőkert és egy kereskedelmi platform köti össze a két tornyot. A zöld teraszok és közösségi terek elősegítik a lakók és a dolgozók közötti interakciót.

Construction started during the pandemic, prompting a significant shift in plans. Originally intended as an office building, the first tower was converted into residential apartments. This timely decision was made after design phases were completed and the three basement levels were built, marking the beginning of the FAST FORWARD CONVERSION project.
