Az Office Complex Design Mawan Unit 15 egy iroda- és ipari épületegyüttes a kínai Shenzhenben, Mawan városrészében. Három torony áll egymás mellett, kettő 74,2 méter magas, 17 emelettel, egy pedig 70 méter magas, 16 emelettel. Az összekötő folyosó belső tengelyt alkot, és folytatja a terület Selyemút Folyosó koncepcióját. A többrétegű alapzatok és a függőleges zöld völgyek háromdimenziós parkrendszert hoznak létre. Kutatás: This Office Complex in Mawan, Shenzhen, invested and developed by Qianhai Shekou Qidi Industrial Co., Ltd., is positioned as a world-leading project benchmarked against international standards. Based on the concept of "Creative Community, Park Neighborhood," the design scheme aims to create a modern office/industrial building complex that integrates living, working, and entertainment functions, contributing to the Shenzhen-Hong Kong integration and creating an iconic urban landscape.
Inspiráció: The design scheme is based on the concept of "Silk Road Corridor," which continues the pattern of "Three Peaks and Two Valleys" and the Y-shaped green corridors of the area. A three-dimensional park system is created through two intersecting axes and three towers. This design features a vertical green valley that mirrors the curves of the nearby riverbank, forming an east-west belt and eco-friendly office spaces, seamlessly integrating modern architecture with the surrounding natural landscape.
