A V Ház egy kortárs rezidencia, amely a modern designt ötvözi a fenntarthatósággal. Inspired by LEED principles, it balances cutting-edge architecture, green design, and nature to redefine luxury living while minimizing environmental impact.

- Τhis sustainable and smart project will be completed in May 2025. It is set to become one of Greece’s first Leed Gold-certified residence. It promotes urban cooling, biodiversity, and enhanced green space, combining cutting-edge design with environmental stewardship.
