A Oleg Moduláris bútorrendszer bemutatása

Az Oleg egy moduláris bútorrendszer, amelyet rugalmas lakóterekhez terveztek. Minden Oleg modul egy fából készült tároló, amely kocka vagy gömb alakú, és több lábbal van felszerelve. A modul elforgatásával megváltozik annak funkciója, így az Oleg szolgálhat éjjeliszekrényként, dohányzóasztalként, ruhaakasztóként, tárolóegységként vagy tálalószekrényként. A modulok kombinálhatók és egymásra rakhatók, a lábak pedig egymásba illeszkednek, hogy erősebb csatlakozásokat képezzenek, ahogy egyre több súly nehezedik rájuk. Minden modul körülbelül hét kilogrammot nyom, és 45 centiméter átmérőjű, ami könnyű áthelyezést tesz lehetővé.

Egyedi tulajdonságok: Oleg is a space virus! It is simple and complex at the same time. A wooden cubic or spherical container with many legs. It can change its function changing its position. It can colonize spaces with infinite combinations of modules. The legs allow it to be placed in different ways to create different furnitures: bedside table, coffee table, clothes hangers, container furniture, sideboard and much more depending on the randomness and the user's imagination.

Width and depth depending on the configuration or the overlapped top. The oleg package covers the pre-assembled container compartment in which the legs are placed to be screwed on at the time of opening.

Gyártástechnológia: The product is designed to be produced in wood: depending on the performance characteristics sought, it can be built with panels in medium density or marine plywood and with a laminate finish or smooth or glossy lacquer. the legs are turned and lacquered elements with colored rubber ends to improve support. Furthermore, dowels, standard metal parts and screws tightened from the inside of the container are used in order to give maximum continuity to the external surface.
Design kihívás: The biggest challenge was having to reconcile the idea of a modular and inexpensive product, with a unique aesthetic and functional result, because it was personally developed by the buyer and aesthetically decidedly scenographic.
Kutatás: The focus of the research was to obtain a versatile and economical device, which has the ability of being reconverted following the fluid needs of new lifestyles and, at the same time, appropriate for creating new domestic landscapes taking on shapes and dimensions indicated by the context and the imagination of the final consumer. To do this, we drew on the knowledge of the low-cost furniture and self-construction market, and on the architectural contaminations of contemporary flexible space.
Inspiráció: During our life we change living space continuously, and everytime we want to characterize it with new and more interesting furniture solutions. It is similar to the biological way of adaptation of microorganisms. They can transform and combine themselves in many ways to find the best solution to live inside their environment, building new spaces and groups. In this furnishing system the randomness of the transformation can lead to new functions and new landscapes.
Projekt időtartama: The project started in july 2018 and finished in november 2018 in Teramo
Működési folyamat: The weight of about 7 kg allows an easy positioning even by overlapping. By rotating the module, assembling it with tops of different sizes and combining it with other olegs, it is transformed into different types of furniture. By overlapping the modules, they lock by fitting the legs and the joint is stronger the more the containers are heavier. Colours and shape allow the aggregations to create scenographies similar to true works of art.
