A Number Seven Lakóház bemutatása

Az építész a tervezés során ötvözte a modern belső teret és a történelmi környezetet. A modernizmus uralkodó atmoszférájában a tervező a design nyelvét használja, hogy párbeszédet teremtsen a térrel, a színekkel és a kultúrával. A régi és az új közötti éles kontrasztban az alacsony hangulatú épület újjáéled. A projekt legvonzóbb része az ív. A padló kék színe is a pozitívumok közé tartozik.

Egyedi tulajdonságok: This 55-year-old house was really need of renovation. Because there is only 100 days to design and rebuild,no time to prepare renders or any kind of documents before execution; therefore, the sketching was done at the site during the execution.
Méretek és csomagolás: The most important thing about this project is the time of designing and executing. Lots of things to do, and just 99 days.The area of this project is 310 square meter. It has one and a half main level.

Gyártástechnológia: Love to recycle the materials. To save money and time, decided to keep some walls and ceilings exposed, without finishing materials, so, you can see brick texture everywhere. Design team was thinking about using recycled materials. Therefore, the ceiling of the living room was covered with recycled wood which did not need any coloring.
Design kihívás: The most difficult part in designing this project was the strict rules of urban planning and municipality regarding changes in plans and views.
Kutatás: Always liked to use the traditional method to execute semicircular arches. That's why a lot of research has been done on this and some good experiments have been done.
Inspiráció: Always liked the use of arches and curves in designs. The semicircular arch gives you a deep sense of relaxation. Decided to use semicircular arches, both in the exterior and interior.

Projekt időtartama: The project started in November 2018 and finished in March 2019.
