Laguna 182 Բնակելի շենք դիզայնի մասին

Laguna 182-ը բնակելի շենք է Բրազիլիայի Սանտա Կատարինա նահանգի Իտախաի քաղաքում։ Աշտարակն ունի քսանինը հարկ և քառասունմեկ բնակարան՝ դասավորված տասնչորս տարբեր հատակագծերով, յուրաքանչյուր հարկում երկու բնակարանով։ Կորագիծ և ալիքաձև գծերը ձևավորում են ֆասադը։ Կախովի բետոնե պատշգամբները փոխում են դիրքը յուրաքանչյուր հարկում, այնպես որ ամեն բնակարան ունի սեփական այգի։ Բնական բուսականությունն աճում է շենքի ողջ մակերևույթով։ Նյութերի մեջ ներառված են բետոն, ապակի, կերամիկա, ցինկապատ պողպատ, ալյումինե կոմպոզիտային նյութ և հավաստագրված փայտ։ Դիզայնը նպատակ ունի նվազեցնել բնապահպանական ազդեցությունը և ամրապնդել համայնքային ոգին։

This movement flows vertically throughout the building, surrounded by natural vegetation that integrate and becoming a prominent element in architecture, in the quality of life, in the same way that the building impacts the relationship of users with the sustainability, community, architecture and urban spaces.

The choice of materials reflects its design: white; green (from natural vegetation), marble accompany the lightness of the project and the wood brings in its base, on the first floor, a warm color, a necessary human invitation on the building's sidewalk.
