Book Text: Ուան Վերդի Պարկը (One Verdi Park) խառը գործառնական զարգացման նախագիծ է Բուխարեստում, Ռումինիա։ Երկու աշտարակները ներառում են բնակարաններ, գրասենյակներ և առևտրային տարածքներ, ընդհանուր կառուցված մակերեսը կազմում է 42470 քառակուսի մետր։ Կառույցի հենքը կազմված է երկաթբետոնե սյուներից և հեծաններից։ Ճակատային մասում կիրառված է օդափորակվող համակարգ սպիտակ մանրաթելային ցեմենտի երեսպատումով, իսկ բարձր որակի ապակեպատումն ապահովում է ակուստիկ և ջերմային բարձր արդյունավետություն։ Երկնային այգին և առևտրային հարթակը կապում են երկու աշտարակները։ Կանաչ terraces-ները և ընդհանուր տարածքները նպաստում են բնակիչների և աշխատակիցների միջև փոխգործակցությանը։
