Aiming for LEED Gold and developed via a BIM360 digital twin, the design features three-facade units for optimal cross-ventilation, a communal pool with a retractable skylight, and a Cihannuma-inspired social pavilion.

Integrating a Cihannuma pavilion and a retractable skylight pool atop commercial units demanded complex structural engineering, resolved via BIM360. Achieving natural cross-ventilation for all units while meeting LEED Gold benchmarks required precise spatial optimization.

Նախագծի տևողություն: Located on Turgut Ozal Boulevard, Adana, Turkey (Plot Area: 5603 sqm, GFA: 26357 sqm). Concept development began in January 2022 and was finalized in December 2022. The process included site analysis, BIM360 coordination, and energy modeling.
