Renovasi Yongqing Fang Grand Theater merupakan desain interior untuk pusat pameran dan promosi investasi di Guangzhou. Teater ini menjadi penanda kawasan Yongqing Fang di Enning Road, sebuah jalan tua yang telah direvitalisasi dan dikenal dengan merek-merek legendaris serta pariwisatanya. Desain ini menghadirkan kontras antara elemen lama dan baru. Volume-volume berbentuk kotak menata ruang tidak beraturan seluas 334 meter persegi. Lantai dasar menampung pameran proyek, sementara lantai atas digunakan untuk negosiasi. Material yang digunakan meliputi veneer kayu, cat putih, panel aluminium hitam, dan ubin abu-abu. Pintu baja buram dan kaca menghubungkan interior dengan jalan.

Keunikan: Yongqing Fang islocated in Enning Road, the core area of old Guangzhou. In recent years, Enning Road has been renovated, and gradually developed into a famous street full of time-honored brands that focuses on the tourism industry, even claimed as "the most beautiful old street in Guangzhou". As the Grand Theateris one of the landmarks of Yongqing Fang, the client expected to revitalizeit and make it serve as the investment promotion center of the whole renovation project.

Since the designers hope to impress visitors with greater visual impact, frosted steel is put into use as the door frame combined with transparent glass, thereby combining the indoor and outdoor landscape.

And Enning Road is also the soul of Qilou buildings in Sai Kwan.As the Grand Theater is one of the landmarks of Yongqing Fang, the client expected to revitalize it and make it serve as the investment promotion center of the whole renovation project.
Inspirasi: The designers used the contrast of the old and the new, the past and the present to renovate the interior space. At the same time, various elements like light and shadow, and reality and fantasy are applied into the design.
In terms of space planning, boxes are used to form different functional divisions that can present changeable space structures while unifying the irregular spaces. The 1F is mainly used for project exhibitions. While the second floor is primarily designed for negotiation.
Durasi Proyek: The project started in September 2019 and finished in November 2019 in Guangzhou.
