Abundant research was performed throughout the design including script rehearsal, motion capture, emotion simulation, and 3D rendering to make Duxiaoxiao look authentic and vivid. We utilized small-scope tests, and collected and analyzed user feedback to improve user experience and product customer satisfaction.
