Tentang Exquisite Wood Rak Buku
Exquisite Wood adalah rak buku yang terbuat dari kayu elm. Desainnya terinspirasi oleh mebel Tiongkok dan memadukan bentuk persegi serta bulat sehingga tampil sederhana namun berwibawa. Komponen-komponennya disatukan dengan sekrup kupu-kupu berbahan logam, dan sebagian bagian menggunakan struktur purus dan lubang (mortise and tenon). Setiap bagian dipotong dari kayu lurus melalui proses ukir dan frais dengan kendali numerik, sehingga mengurangi kehilangan material. Rak buku ini dapat dirakit dan dibongkar dengan tangan, sehingga proses produksi dan pengangkutannya tetap sederhana. Sekat-sekatnya memungkinkan buku dan benda-benda ditata serta disimpan secara terpilah.

- Keunikan
- The shelf is made of elm with thick, heavy and simple appearance. It is connected with metal connectors on the basis of mortise and tenon structure. The bookshelf can be disassembled and assembled by itself. The components are made of elm straight materials to reduce material loss. The metal connectors are butterfly screws. The overall design is convenient for production and transportation and disassembly and assembly by users, Add modern semantics while alleviating boredom.
- Dimensi & Kemasan
- 1500mm x 4500mm x 1900mm, The mortise and tenon structure used in the solid wood part is in the form of interleaving, and the required wood is straight. It is carved and milled by mechanical numerical control. The overall design is assembled with metal butterfly screws, which is convenient for personal assembly and long-distance transportation, saves processing cost, and is suitable for mass production.
