Binhai Second Sub adalah sebuah pusat optometri di Tianjin. Interiornya seluas 373 meter persegi dan memadukan unsur medis, ritel, serta artistik. Fasadnya memiliki bentuk yang sederhana dengan perubahan warna yang dinamis. Lengkungan-lengkungan ringkas dipadukan dengan tata letak interior untuk membentuk ruang. Alur sirkulasi yang jelas memanfaatkan area yang terbatas secara maksimal. Lantai dua menampung pusat pemeriksaan, di mana desain bentang lebar menciptakan suasana yang tenang dan terbuka. Material yang digunakan meliputi kayu, plafon logam, tanaman hijau, kaca nanometer terelektrifikasi, dan sofa kulit yang dibuat khusus.
