Studies have shown that around 10-15 people use the charger daily, charging the phone for an average of 20 minutes. This allowed us to estimate the size of the solar panel and battery capacity.
Mkpali: The growing demand for charging mobile devices outdoors was inspiriation to this project. Mobile devices have become our everyday life and it is hard to imagine life without them today. The assumption of the project was to prepare a devices that allows you to charge the phone using only solar energy. The look of the table was to be minimalist, one of the inspirations was the lack table, the most popular table in the world available.
Oge Ọrụ: the project was developed in Warsaw. Conceptual work lasted from May 2019. After many prototypes and tests, the project was finally implemented in January 2020.
Usoro Ọrụ: The table is equipped with a photovoltaic panel that charges the battery placed inside. When the battery is fully charged it can then charge 8-10 smartphones. If you want to charge your phone, you can use the USB or USB-C socket. In addition, the table is equipped with LED backlight activated by a touch button.
