The surrounding environment is also very rich with the profound presence of the sea and the sky. The sea mirroring the perpetual metamorphosis of the sky contrasts the warmth of our dining table. The night views and the intimacy we share during the summer and winter times allows us to expand our senses. We taste, we smell, we hear, we look at each other.
