Tímamerki er innanhússhönnun fyrir 99 fermetra heimili með þremur svefnherbergjum, stofu og borðstofu. Skipulagið forðast háar milliveggir og notar framlengingar til að tengja svæðin saman. Matarborðspallurinn nær inn í anddyrið og bogadregni pallurinn á sjónvarpsveggnum teygir sig að glugganum og vinnuherberginu, sem afmáir mörk og stækkar rýmið sjónrænt. Efnisval felur í sér terrazzóflísar, arkitektóniskar steypuflísar, gervistein, SPC gólfefni og steinefnamálningu. Pallur við gluggann veitir sætapláss fyrir hvíld og samræður.
