Luma House er innanhússverkefni fyrir íbúðarhúsnæði sem kannar rýmislega samfellu og tengsl innri rýma við garðinn. Skipulagið tengir saman stofu, borðstofu og eldhús með opinni uppröðun sem styður óhindrað flæði. Stór op auka aðgang að dagsbirtu og víkka sjónræn tengsl við umhverfið utandyra. Innbyggðar geymslulausnir og byggingarlistarlegir þættir eru felldir inn í fleti til að viðhalda skýrleika. Náttúrusteinn, viðaráferðir og falin lýsingarkerfi stuðla að virkni og langtímanotkun.
