About Yin Mo Star Kui Set di Coltelli
Yin Mo Star Kui è un set di quattro coltelli cinesi progettato per le cucine domestiche. Ogni lama è realizzata in acciaio composito con struttura multistrato. Un'anima in acciaio ad alto tenore di carbonio mantiene il filo affilato, mentre lo strato superficiale in acciaio a basso tenore di carbonio resiste alla corrosione. La forgiatura a caldo a 1040 gradi Celsius e la forgiatura a freddo a meno 196 gradi Celsius migliorano resistenza e tenacità. La superficie forgiata è leggermente ruvida, il che riduce il contatto con gli alimenti appiccicosi. - Production Technology
- The knife set employs 1040 degrees Celsius hot and minus 196 degrees Celsius cold forging processes to ensure lastingly superior performance. The anti corrosion surface layer of low carbon steel is uneasy to rust even under damp conditions, reducing the risk of breakage and edge rolling.

- Project Duration
- This product was developed in Beijing in February, 2024, and will be launched in China in April, 2025.
- Operation Flow
- The ergonomic handle adopts a reasonably concave structure at the grip area and a streamlines shape, as well as scientifically distributed weight, to offer a comfortable grip and relieve hand fatigue during prolonged use.
A slightly rough surface resulted from forging processes effectively reduces the contact area between the food and the blade, making the knives especially suitable for handling sticky food. This improves cutting efficiency, contributing to smoother and more efficient operations.
