Exquisite Wood 本棚 について
「Exquisite Wood」は楡材を用いた本棚である。中国の伝統家具に着想を得たデザインで、方形と円形の造形を組み合わせ、簡潔かつ端正な佇まいを生み出している。各部材は金属製の蝶ねじで接合され、一部には木組み（ほぞ）構造を採用している。部材は直材からNC彫刻・フライス加工によって切り出されるため、材料のロスを抑えることができる。本棚は工具を用いず手作業で組み立て・分解が可能であり、生産と輸送を簡便に保つ。仕切り板により、書籍や小物を分類して収納することができる。

- The shelf is made of elm with thick, heavy and simple appearance. It is connected with metal connectors on the basis of mortise and tenon structure. The bookshelf can be disassembled and assembled by itself. The components are made of elm straight materials to reduce material loss. The metal connectors are butterfly screws. The butterfly screw connection has strong stability. The overall style has industrial atmosphere, strong functionality and simple structure.
