Bake Sans 書体、活字見本帳について

Bake Sansは、ブランディングおよびコミュニケーションプロジェクトのために制作されたジオメトリック・サンセリフ書体です。文字の造形は、インターナショナル・スタイルとスイス・タイポグラフィの明快さを踏まえつつ、実験的なシェイプやカーブを組み合わせています。このファミリーは書体デザインソフトウェアによって制作され、さまざまな用途において一貫したビジュアル・キャラクターをもたらします。書体を紹介する見本帳も併せて制作されました。見本帳は210×290ミリメートルの判型で、デジタルオフセット印刷による4色刷りの限定部数で印刷されています。

独自の特性: Bake Sans is a contemporary typeface that exudes style and personality. Inspired by the impartiality of Swiss-type design, this font is a meticulous fusion of contemporary shapes and curves. Crafted with modern and distinctive shapes, curves, and idiosyncrasies, this font offers the perfect visual consistency for branding and communication projects through the experiment forms.
寸法とパッケージ: The specimen dimensions are 210 x 290 mm

製造技術: Glyphs was used to create the Font family. The Type specimen book was printed as a limited run in offset digital, 4 colors.
デザインの課題: The major challenge was to create a modern San serif based on the traditional forming and adapt them to create a new visual language.
リサーチ: Our research began with the origins of the International Style and Swiss type design, creating forms that could be expanded and adapted into new forms.
インスピレーション: Inspiration was from the International Style, and the minimalism and clarity of Swiss-type design inspired the letterforms. Foremost was the concept of a geometric sans serif typeface but with an experimental feel.
プロジェクト期間: The project was started in June 2023 and finished in September 2023
