CR Land Yulanshan 販売センターについて

華潤置地・玉蘭山（CR Land Yulanshan）は、蘭州に位置する販売センターである。インテリアは3261平方メートルにおよび、高低差のあるレベル構成で計画されている。主要素材には石材を用いた。エントランスロビーでは、一枚の石から削り出したランプシェードが、石張りの背景壁と呼応する。大理石の表面は精密切削機によって粗く切り出された後に彫り込まれ、繊細な光と影の表情を生み出している。階段は彫刻的なヴォリュームとして脱構築され、アートギャラリーと展示ホールをつなぐ。デザインは、地域の文化を映し出す簡潔で優雅なスタイルに貫かれている。

独自の特性: The change of time and space is a part of artistic recreation. The design takes the current space and time as the basis of experience, presenting a unique sense of space. Through the interpretation of materials and the display of space, this case reflects the integration of cultural characteristics and the city, maps the future, and implicitly expresses Lanzhou's characteristics from the perspective of art.
寸法とパッケージ: The project covers a total of 3261 square meters. The interlaced light and shadow and the turning point of space, the high and low levels create the changeable space and give the open space a kind of purity.

製造技術: In the reception lobby area, the ink charm of the lampshade carved by the whole stone echoes with the stone background of "Fox Volant Of The Snowy Mountain", which is the best annotation to Lanzhou's seemingly quiet but vigorous.
デザインの課題: The stairs are not only structures that can go up and down in space. The designer breaks the sequence and deconstructs it again, forming a sculptural volume, making it become an art installation connecting the art gallery and the exhibition hall.
リサーチ: Under the erosion of nature, the Yellow River stone is full of vigorous spirit after vicissitudes. The designer creates a kind of blank space, and then fills the corresponding space with stone again. Time has changed in stone's memory and space, and takes the present space and time as the basis of creation.
インスピレーション: "Simplicity is an essential condition of artistic works. In essence, it rejects any external decoration and carving," Bellinsky said. Light to the extreme is simple. Driven by this concept, the designer try his best to create a simple and elegant style for space modeling and material selection. The Northwest Plateau is continuous. This land has given the designer rich design inspiration. It is the most direct and implicit expression to integrate humanity and nature into art works.
プロジェクト期間: The project started in October 2017 in Lanzhou and finished in April 2018 in Lanzhou.
オペレーションフロー: Raw means unprocessed, natural. With precise cutting machine, rough cutting is completed on the marble surface, presenting the "raw". The designer carves on the surface, using stones to create a subtle game of light and shadow.
