Laguna 182 minangka bangunan omah ing Itajai, Santa Catarina, Brasil. Menara iki nduweni rong puluh sanga lantai lan patang puluh siji apartemen sing disusun ing patbelas rancangan lantai sing beda-beda, kanthi loro apartemen saben lantai. Garis-garis mlengkung lan lemes mbentuk pasuryan bangunan. Teras beton kantilever ganti posisi ing saben lantai, saengga saben apartemen nduweni taman pribadi. Tetuwuhan alami thukul ing saindenging bangunan. Bahan-bahan kalebu beton, kaca, keramik, waja galvanis, bahan komposit aluminium lan kayu bersertifikat. Rancangan iki nduweni tujuan kanggo ngurangi pengaruh lingkungan lan ndhukung rasa kabersamaan.

Sifat Unik: Through an outline of curved and sinuous lines, with an unique terraces that switch in different positions on each floor, providing that each apartment has its own private gardens. This movement flows vertically throughout the building, surrounded by natural vegetation that integrate and becoming a prominent element in architecture, in the quality of life, in the same way that the building impacts the relationship of users with the sustainability, community, architecture and urban spaces.
Ukuran & Kemasan: The development consists of a residential building with twenty-nine floors, two apartment per floor. totalizing 41 apartments on 14 different floor plans.

Teknologi Produksi: Concrete Struture, Glass, Ceramic, Galvanized Steel, ACM (Aluminum Composite Material), Natural Plants, LED Light and certificate wood.
The choice of materials reflects its design: white; green (from natural vegetation), marble accompany the lightness of the project and the wood brings in its base, on the first floor, a warm color, a necessary human invitation on the building's sidewalk.
