Aqua Spa

- Due to the geographical location of Malaysia, many materials were source from other countries in order to get the ambiance and the authenticity of what to be presented in the interior.
- There has been an extensive research on luxury spas when designing as we wanted to capture the experience of fully immersing oneself to enjoy and relax. The whole process was tedious as we needed to be able to extract samples of materials used as the hues are so similar that it will only be differentiated through textures. Besides experimenting with different textures, we experimented with different types of lighting and ways to place it in order to create a certain temperament and the results were stunning, comfortable and yet classy for many to enjoy and unwind.
- Inspired by the common yearning among people today for a return to a time where life was so much simpler. An Oriental themed interior was carefully curated to provide the space with ampule of peace and serenity.
