The entrance is on the second floor, which makes it look like a one-story house from the facade. The eaves are a maximum of 2 meters high, giving the house a strong presence.

In order for people of different generations to be able to coexist, the zoning was devised in such a way that they share a living room while ensuring privacy for each other.
The mother's private room, living room, kitchen, and spacious tray are located on the second floor, where the entrance is located, in order to avoid stairs and other steps for the elderly mother as much as possible. - ინსპირაცია
- The building sits on a sloping site, with the entrance on the second floor, so from the façade it appears to be a one-story building. The exterior walls and fences are covered with natural slate stone and marble tiles, accented with wooden latticework and white paint, creating a design that is both stately and moderately soft.
