The controller is designed and developed to integrate the essential safety modules based on a plurality of navigation modes including SLAM, and create a safe AMR in respect of five primary functions. Internal integrated safety PLC, industrial computer, space grade switch, IO board, gyroscope, DC-D power is equal to one, which can not only reduce the comprehensive cost, but also improve the internal integration of the equipment, so that the space is more compact, electrical connection is simpler. SRC-3000FS meets the IP65 protection grade and supports the range of -50℃ to +100℃, ensuring the working performance in harsh environments.

To support AGV features, an additional navigation controller with complex electrical circuit, bulky size and unaffordable price is required. Seer integrates essential safety features based on the SLAM navigation controller, implying AGV/AMR device doesn’t need safety PLC anymore and optimizes cost at multiple levels.
