Organized around a central courtyard, it creates an inward-facing oasis that ensures privacy, thermal comfort, and spatial continuity. A thick architectural frame filters light, air, and views, transforming the envelope into an environmental device. Water, greenery, and shading systems act as active elements, producing a layered living experience where architecture and landscape operate as a unified system.

It utilizes a reinforced concrete structural system with insulated walls and high-performance glazing. The house performs through passive cooling, combining shade, airflow, and spatial layering to create a comfortable environment where protection, privacy, and nature form one continuous experience.
