Its outline of the building with an overlapping structure of as-cast-finish mold and plate mold on which sunlight scatters forming interesting gradations of light and shade, part embellishments of bamboo branches, and all of these shows a yin-and-yang combination of hardness and softness.

Then, the space in front of the building is specifically created for kids to have fun. It used eco-friendly material that the rain drops can easily penetrate the ground so as to keep the soil moisture. Combined with Japanese, Chinese and South American architectural elements to realize the Postmodernism.
