- បញ្ហាប្រឈមក្នុងការរចនា
- The challenge of this project was to make a building that exploited its constructive potential to the full with architectural quality and that was not an obvious product to be launched: all the alternatives, to a greater or lesser degree, presented risks and opportunities. This configuration created a vital challenge to be overcome to differentiate itself from the existing market and the products offered by other companies.
- ការស្រាវជ្រាវ

The choice for a differentiated residential product has been a conviction of the developer and the architectural firm since its earliest studies. Surprise and daring in every detail, a custom product with originality, was the premise of this project.
- ការបំផុសគំនិត
- The idea was to make a product that catered to the building's target audience. People who are open to new proposals, who value social interaction, are constantly seeking innovation and the value of design in all the products they consume.
