ಟೈಮ್ ಬುಕ್ ಎಂಬುದು ಮೇಜಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಥವಾ ಪುಸ್ತಕದ ಕಪಾಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಸಲು ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಗೊಳಿಸಲಾದ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಆಧಾರವಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಆಧಾರವನ್ನು ಕೈಯಿಂದ ಹೊಳಪು ನೀಡಿದ ಸ್ಫಟಿಕ ಗಾಜಿನ ಘನದಿಂದ ತಯಾರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ವಿಶೇಷ ಶಾಯಿಯನ್ನು ಮೇಲ್ಮೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಕ್ರೀನ್ ಪ್ರಿಂಟ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ತಾಪಮಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಟ್ಟಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸ್ಫಟಿಕ ಗಾಜಿನ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಾಂದ್ರತೆಯು ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಆಧಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಳಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಿರತೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ವಿನ್ಯಾಸವು ಕಾರ್ಯ, ರೂಪ ಮತ್ತು ವಸ್ತುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕನಿಷ್ಠವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಪುಸ್ತಕದ ಆಕಾರದ ಶಿಲ್ಪವನ್ನು ಹೋಲುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ರೂಪವು ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಮುದ್ರಿತ ಪಠ್ಯವು ಕ್ವಿನ್ಸೇ ಪಾರ್ಟೊ (Quinsay Parto) ಟೈಪ್‌ಫೇಸ್ ಅನ್ನು ಬಳಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಬೆನ್ನಿನ ಮೇಲಿರುವ MMXIX ಅಕ್ಷರಗಳು 2019ರ ರೋಮನ್ ಅಂಕಿಗಳಾಗಿವೆ.

Time Book is minimalistic in terms of function, form and material, it’s like a book-shaped sculpture. The function is clearly presented by its form.
