Academy 오피스 인테리어 디자인 소개

아카데미는 일상 업무와 기업 행사, 교육 세션을 위해 설계된 오피스 인테리어이다. 입구는 기업의 화학 산업 배경을 반영한 육각형 조명 기구로 밝혀진다. 젤라틴 캡슐로 채워진 유리 파티션은 프라이버시를 제공하는 동시에 제약 산업을 상징한다. 편안한 좌석 공간, 카페, 라이브러리, 그래픽과 인터랙티브 스크린 및 정보 다이어그램을 갖춘 회의실이 교육적인 분위기를 조성한다. 따뜻한 원목, 가죽 좌석, 짙은 푸른색 벽이 동일한 면적의 3개 층으로 구성된 650제곱미터 공간을 완성한다.

고유 특성: An ergonomic yet educational and inspiring setting to serve company events and offices. The entrance is lit by hexagonal lighting fixture, designed to reflect the chemistry background of the company, as well as various glass partitions filled with gelatin capsules. To create an educational friendly atmosphere we introduced casual seating areas, a cafe and meeting rooms with graphics narrating the company story, multimedia interactive screens, a library, and information diagrams.

생산 기술: The floating hexagonal formation of solid wooden frames and lights together with the exposed metallic ventilation system at the entrance represents the industrial pharmaceutical business of the company. The mixture of warm natural wood, leather seats, glass partitions and textile curtains gave the space a genuine look while the dark blue color walls and featured doors represent again knowledge and learning.
디자인 과제: The main problem was the tight deadline that coincided with the company re-branding activities which created many constrains that were resolved by customizing many items on site. Also the onsite construction of the glass partitions with the capsules was challenging to produce consistent and void free aesthetic partitions.
연구: We studied employees needs, spending time at the company to come up with valuable working methods that serves future growth as well as the ethical culture in the company. Selecting suitable quotes and posters to represent each meeting room as one of the company branches across the world was an eye opener to users, while filling the glass partitions with gelatin capsules to achieve privacy in some spaces add an elegant charm to the offices and emphasis the pharmaceutical industry.
영감: Inspired by the late founder words:
"Education is not a philosophy it's our policy."
We approached the project by introducing educational design concepts to create a multidisciplinary office and meeting space, taking the company history and growth and geographical reach mixed with the family culture to reflect on this simple yet modern and friendly open space design.
프로젝트 기간: The project started in May 2018 and finished in October 2018 in Amman Jordan.
운영 흐름: Dynamic space allows employees to experience new concepts of work through learning in a positive and creative atmosphere and sense of belonging. A variety of working setups were introduced; benches, high desks, traditional desks, casual seating areas, interactive screens altogether to encourage performance in a productive and creative way. The space is used also to hold events, seminars and training sessions.
