SeeAnn 리트리트 인테리어 디자인 소개

씨앤(SeeAnn)은 총면적 600제곱미터 규모의 휴양형 리트리트 인테리어이다. 미니멀하고 차분한 디자인으로 상업적 활용성과 투숙객의 편안함을 동시에 충족한다. 객실은 백색 시멘트 벽면, 밝은 우드 그레인과 라탄으로 마감되었으며 그 사이에 맞춤 제작된 가구가 배치되었다. 각 객실은 온천방, 다실, 가족실 등 서로 다른 테마를 따른다. 벽체와 기둥, 바닥 슬래브와 천장 슬래브를 계획적으로 배열하여 구조 기둥을 감추고 절제된 비용으로 개방감 있는 공간을 구현했다. 자연 소재와 자연광이 자연에 가까운 고요한 분위기를 빚어낸다.

고유 특성: As a place for holiday relaxing, it is designed to be a minimalist and calming space. The project aims to not only satisfy the basic commercial use as a functional and efficient building, but also provide a cozy environment that is comfortable for its occupants. Moreover, it precisely controlled the cost and effectively analyzed the spatial relationships among different building elements.

생산 기술: The case rooms feature white cement walls, light wood grain and rattan, with custom made furniture dot in-between. The furniture of minimalism strikes a good balance between visual appeal and the cost. Different rooms are designed accordingly with different themes concerning the shapes and sight lines. They are the spring room, the tea room and the family room, etc.
디자인 과제: The hiding of may pillars in the space and the limit of cost.
연구: Through properly arranged the positions of each wall, column, floor slab and ceiling slab, the project adopted a concise and economic way to achieve an open and clean space. It all seems so simple, but it requires the most rigorous discipline. Therefore, it created spacious places and astonishing moments to facilitate diverse human activities, and made an intimate ambience to find an appropriate balance between human and nature.
영감: SeeAnn Retreat was completed during the Covid-19 pandemic. In the time of the pandemic, a nature-connected way of living gives us the chance to cure and cleanse ourselves. people desperately need a vacation space for relaxation, for shortly fleeing from the mega cities. Here they can cleanse themselves, hold back the desires, and chew over life philosophy. A space presented by shaping unique structures through natural materials and the interesting play of light.
프로젝트 기간: The project started in April 2019 in ZheJiang and finished in May 2020 in ZheJiang.
