Yango Starry Bay 판매 센터 소개

양광 스타리 베이(Yango Starry Bay)는 중국 푸젠성 더화에 위치한 판매 센터로, 실내 면적은 540제곱미터이다. 디자인은 지역의 도자기 가마 전통에서 착안하였다. 가마의 형태를 해체하고 현대적인 방식으로 재구성하였다. 벽돌 유닛은 반복을 통해 리듬감을 형성하고, 아치 형태는 공간에 뚜렷한 개성을 부여하여 실내 공간을 지역의 역사 및 문화와 연결한다. 사용된 재료는 벽돌, 워터스톤, 브론즈 헤어라인 스테인리스 스틸, 라텍스 페인트이다. 방문객은 이곳에서 건축 도면을 살펴보고, 영업 담당자와 상담하며, 주택을 구매할 수 있다.

연구: The project makes research of the traditional porcelain kiln culture in Dehua city, the design trend of the oriental culture as well as business development after culture involved in the consumption economy nowadays.
영감: The project is located in Quanzhou City, which is known as the producing area of porcelain in China. Taking the location into consideration, designers take the porcelain kiln as the inspiration to build the space while deconstruct and reassemble the kilns which are with historical and cultural significance, integrating it into the interior area with modern design skills.
프로젝트 기간: The project is located in Dehua City, Fujian Province, China. It takes about two months to finish the construction.
운영 흐름: The sales office is designed for helping customers to know better and deeper about the newly constructed buildings and houses. They will see the overall construction plan of the buildings here and can get in touch with sales managers if they have any questions and can make the purchase of houses here.
