빌라 안티오키아(Villa Antioquia)는 도미니카 공화국 푼타카나의 캡카나에 위치한 개인 주거 공간이다. 이 주택은 2,630제곱미터 규모의 대지에 1,130제곱미터의 건축 면적으로 조성되었다. 설계는 대지의 외부 공간과 물리적·시각적으로 투과되는 내부 공간을 구현한다. 현지의 기후 조건은 자연 환기 활용의 방향을 제시했다. 파사드에 길게 뻗은 캔틸레버는 진입부의 문턱 공간을 형성한다. 지역에서 채취한 조각 석재, 목재 마감재, 대형 규격의 대리석 타일이 재료의 팔레트를 구성한다.

고유 특성: The design concept for Villa Antioquia was developed under the idea of generating interior spaces that allow permeability, both physical and visual, with the exterior areas of the site. Its design is influenced by the conditions of the location, in the use of climatic strategies to opt for natural ventilation, as well as the delight of the landscape and generate transformable spaces.
