Hongzhou Academy 판매 센터 소개

홍저우 아카데미(Hongzhou Academy)는 중국 난창현 중심부에 위치한 판매 센터이다. 이 건물은 상담, 수공예, 어린이 활동 및 전시를 위한 공간을 갖추고 있다. 두 개의 매스가 교차로에 면한 도시 도로를 향해 배치되어 있으며, 서로 어긋난 배치를 통해 진입 광장이 형성된다. 설계는 중국 전통 건축을 참조하였다. 알루미늄 판재를 버클로 접합하여 파사드에 벽돌과 같은 질감을 만들어냈다. 부드럽게 휘어진 곡면이 지붕의 윤곽을 이루며 전통 처마를 연상시킨다. 넓은 유리면과 높은 아트리움은 실내에 개방적이고 편안한 성격을 부여한다.

고유 특성: The project is located in the central area of Nanchang County. As a sales center, it undertakes the functions of negotiation, handwork, children's activity space and display. The building is located at the intersection, so there are two typical blocks facing the urban road respectively. These two blocks shapes the building, and the misplaced part forms the entrance square.

디자인 과제: To avoid the glue layer on facade, architects designed a gusset plate unit also use aluminium to insure the tone of the grey facade.
연구: Chosing the material for roof was a difficulty. Designers compared the effect and cost of Titanium-zinc Panel, Al-Mg-Mn alloy building sheets and aluminium sheet and finally chosed aluminium sheet as the roof material.
영감: The area has a splendid cultural history in ancient times, so the form fully refers to the ancient Chinese architecture. Aluminum plates are connected by buckles, forming a unique brick texture on the facade. The smooth arc-shaped curved surface outlines the skyline of the building, which reminds people of the eaves curve of ancient Chinese buildings.
프로젝트 기간: The project started in August 2020 in Nanchang and finished in December 2020 in Nanchang, China.
운영 흐름: The building provides people with a comfortable purchasing environment. The large area of glass enables people to enjoy the external scenery. The high atrium increases the width of the space. People can regard it as a commercial building or a place to rest.
