Vanke Red County Villa 주거 인테리어 디자인 소개

반커 레드 카운티 빌라는 중국 광저우에 위치한 총면적 1,600제곱미터 규모의 3층 주택을 위한 인테리어 디자인이다. 겹쳐진 원형 아치와 기하학적 형태가 거실의 조망을 프레임처럼 감싸, 거주자가 사계절의 자연스러운 변화를 감상할 수 있도록 했다. 돔형 천장은 라이트 리본으로 층위감을 더했으며 대리석 벽난로와 조화를 이룬다. 동서양의 미학이 결합되어 주택은 현대적이면서도 고전적인 분위기를 지닌다. 나선형 계단과 엘리베이터는 생활 공간에 유연성을 부여하며, 지하 와인 셀러에는 와인 컬렉션이 보관된다.

고유 특성: The designer uses the overlapping forms of circular arcs and geometry to frame the view of the living room, conveying the beauty of art between inside and outside, so that residents can view the natural change of four seasons. The dome ceiling is clearly layered in the light ribbon, with crystal feathers roaming between them, creating a serene vibe with the marble fireplace. When people push the door into the garden, life and nature are connected without borders and coexist harmoniously.

생산 기술: The first impression of entryway is filled with a strong classical flavor. The French elegance and classical romance are conveyed through the carved details and the stereoscopic art installation. The water bar is not partitioned from the lounge area, and the shining crystal lamps, elegant marble bar, abstract art paintings and classic leather sofas are harmoniously matched, spreading the comfortable experience.
디자인 과제: The underground wine cellar is the owner's wine collection space as well as a meeting space. The metal wine racks and hidden light strips reflect a sense of order and become the visual center of the space. The designer not only plans the landscape of the roof garden, but also incorporates lifestyle into it. With sunken sofa, top bar counter, starlight terrace, mossy rocks, flowing springs, residents can have fun together with their family and friends.
연구: In this three-story single-family house with a total area of up to 1,600 square meters, the designer serves as an integrated designer from architecture, landscaping, interior, soft furnishings, products to engineering. After research of customer’s demands and preferences, he has made efforts to integrate the aesthetics and artistic taste of Chinese and Western, making house both modern and classical, to build a pleasing life and spiritual habitat for residents.
영감: With constructing an ideal living as the mission and clients as the origin, the designer expands the international and artistic lifestyle in accordance with the client's expectations for their lives, and responds to the client's ideal home with a romantic French ambiance.
프로젝트 기간: The project is located in Guangzhou, China and still under construction.
운영 흐름: The dual design of an coiled staircase and elevator gives the living space flexibility with dynamic lines. The static and dynamic partitions of the master bedroom are in line with the residents' daily living habits. The design of the elders' room is subtle in color and humanized in function. The unique setting of the TV wall is the designer's care for the leisure activities of the elders.
