Iceland Volcano 박물관 소개

아이슬란드 볼케이노는 아이슬란드 미바튼 지역에 위치한 박물관이다. 원형의 형태는 이 지역의 화산 분화구, 온천, 호수에서 영감을 얻었다. 타원형 볼륨과 서로 교차하는 두 개의 경사면이 실내외 공간을 연결하는 연속적인 공간을 만들어낸다. 세 개의 순환 동선이 제공되는데, 내부 갤러리, 전망대로 활용되는 보행 가능한 옥상, 그리고 대형 조각 작품이 배치된 야외 공원 순환 산책로가 그것이다. 중앙에는 반영 연못이 자리한다. 파사드는 방향이 각기 달라 일조량을 조절하는 루버로 구성되어 있다.
