이 건물은 경사진 대지에 위치하며, 2층은 현관, 거실, 식당, 주방을 포함한 공용 공간이고, 1층은 부부 침실과 아이들 방을 포함한 개인 공간으로 구성되어 있다. 위에서 언급한 바와 같이 현관은 2층에 위치하며, 건물이 경사지에 있어 외관상 단층 주택처럼 보인다. 외벽과 담장은 검은색 천연 슬레이트 석재와 대리석 느낌의 타일로 마감되었으며, 목재 격자와 화이트 페인트로 포인트를 주어 위엄 있으면서도 적절히 부드러운 분위기를 연출한다.

고유 특성: This is a two-family house where different generations coexist.
It is a two-story, wood-frame building on a sloping site.
The entrance is on the second floor, which makes it look like a one-story house from the facade. The eaves are a maximum of 2 meters high, giving the house a strong presence.
The exterior walls are finished with black natural stone, creating an imposing facade design.

디자인 과제: The design process was extremely difficult because of the sloping site.It would not have been easy to solve all the problems such as the impact on the neighboring site, the ground improvement work plan, and the sunlight plan, and to create a building with a beautiful, functional, and universal appearance.
연구: This is a two-family house for an elderly mother and her two young children.
In order for people of different generations to be able to coexist, the zoning was devised in such a way that they share a living room while ensuring privacy for each other.
The mother's private room, living room, kitchen, and spacious tray are located on the second floor, where the entrance is located, in order to avoid stairs and other steps for the elderly mother as much as possible.
영감: The building sits on a sloping site, with the entrance on the second floor, so from the façade it appears to be a one-story building. The exterior walls and fences are covered with natural slate stone and marble tiles, accented with wooden latticework and white paint, creating a design that is both stately and moderately soft.
The interior is a complete change from the exterior, with white and wood grain as the base colors, accented with glaze, creating a bright and fresh atmosphere.
