모르딘 호텔 광저우는 중국-싱가포르 광저우 지식도시에 위치한 5성급 비즈니스 호텔이다. 실내는 현대적 미니멀리즘 양식을 따르며 펑황후(봉황호)의 경관을 프레임처럼 담아낸다. 오프화이트와 라이트 그레이 등 저채도 중성 톤이 기본 바탕을 이루고, 딥 그레이 강조 요소와 라이트 블루 디테일이 대비를 더한다. 유리 커튼월, 무광 라이트 그레이 석재, 불소수지 코팅 금속 프로파일이 건물의 형태를 구성한다. 비즈니스 영역과 레저 영역은 평행한 동선 체계를 따르며, 다목적 연회장은 회의 또는 다이닝 행사에 맞추어 유연하게 활용된다.

Centered on both business and leisure, it integrates accommodation, conferencing, and dining. The hotel adopts a modern minimalist style and seamlessly incorporates the scenery of Phoenix Lake, creating a highend formal and comfortable space for business elites, corporate executives, and travelers alike.
치수 및 패키징: The total construction area of the project is 56,450. Among them, Building A is a hotel, with a ground construction area of 36,280 and a total of 313 rooms. Building B is an apartment.

생산 기술: The façade features transparent, coated and tempered glass curtain walls, offering both UV protection and thermal insulation. Light gray stones with a matte finish deliver delicate texture and enhanced weather resistance. Based on insights into the local industry and guest profiles, it centers on delivering both a refined business environment and a comfortable leisure experience with optimized circulation, materials, and landscape, raising the standard for high quality reception in the district and establishing a new benchmark for business hotels.
영감: Inspired by the concept of industry and city integration in China Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City and the surrounding natural landscape, the hotel uses modern, minimalist lines and seamlessly incorporates landscape to create a functional and appealing city living room. Low saturation neutral tones such as offwhite and light gray set an elegant base, deep gray accents show business style, and light blue serves as visual highlights, together forming a minimalist yet refined atmosphere.
프로젝트 기간: The soft furnishing of the hotel commenced in April 2021 in Guangzhou and was completed in May 2022, announcing the official opening of the hotel.
